Key Insight: One of the biggest things that I learned from research is that while there are public services that offer help to people, some of these people may not have proper transportation needs to arrive to their appointments. While there is a public bus system, these services are not free. On top of transportation issues, there is also a lack of support and empathy for the people going through their situations.
Advertising Problem: A huge problem identified from research is that there is not a support group for the people in need of these services. Even though there are public, free assistance programs, they do not offer support groups to encourage people to stay positive. On top of that, social media advertisements must be utilized better with hash tags.
Advertising Objective: The message that we want to communicate and want people to understand is that there is always hope no matter what you are going through. We believe we will provide these services for those who are want to.
